Alulírott kijelentem, hogy a MystIQueRoom (Noexit Games Kft.) játékait és az általa rendelkezésre bocsátott helyszíneket saját felelősségre, rendeltetésszerűen használom. Felelősségem teljes tudatában kijelentem, hogy alkohol, gyógyszer, drog befolyása alatt nem állok. Egyes pályákon villódzó fények és a nyugalom megzavarására alkalmas részletek előfordulhatnak, ezért várandós anyák és epilepsziával élők számára nem ajánlott. Erről a játék megkezdése előtt tájékoztatást kaptam, és ennek tudatában vállalkoztam rá.

Amennyiben nem rendeltetésszerűen, előírás szerint használom a felszerelést és a pályát, és emiatt magamban, vagy harmadik félben sérülést vagy egyéb kárt okozok, a Noexit Games Kft. nem vonható felelősségre, valamint a kár értékének azonnali megfizetésére kötelezhetnek! A játékvezető utasításait maradéktalanul betartom, illetve tudomásul veszem, hogy a játékvezető a második felszólítás után megszakíthatja a játékot a teljes ár megfizetése mellett.

Tudomásul veszem azt is, hogy játék közben hang, kép, illetve mozgókép rögzítése szigorúan tilos és a játék megszakítását vonja maga után a teljes ár megfizetése mellett.

E-mail címem megadásával hozzájárulok, hogy új szoba nyitásáról, akciókról elsőként értesítsenek.

SAFETY STATEMENT

I declare that I use the game at my own risk and if I do damage with intent in the room or the game equipment, I have to leave the room immediately and pay the full price of the game and the damage! I declare that I am not under the influence of alcohol, medicine or drug. Some rooms may contain flashing lights and details that could disturb your peace of mind, so it is not recommended for
pregnant women or people with epilepsy. I was informed of this before starting the game and undertook it with this knowledge.

I declare that MystIQueRoom (Noexit Games Kft.) do not take any responsibility and not liable for any damage caused through use of the games. I follow the game master’s instructions, I take notice of the fact that the game master may break the game after the second warning beside the payment
of the full price! I take notice of the fact that recording sound, taking picture, or video is strictly prohibited during the game and brings about the interruption of the game beside the payment of the full price!
